Process a job on the app


The images below details a step by step process of completing a battery job on the Digiflow app. The other jobs also follow a workflow design and is similar to the example given. 

by completing the job on the mobile app the following will take place:

  • All information gathered from dispatch to resolution via the App will be uploaded to the Provider Portal as well as to the Digicall Assist Portal. 
  • Once the job is completed, an invoice is generated and either manually or automatically submitted for payment.
  • The job progress is updated to the progress timeline in real-time and can be viewed by all parties involved.
  • Images and valuable information will are available to all parties;
