Before a Provider can download the app, accept job offers, or complete tasks, the relevant teams or technicians or drivers need to be configured. The process is detailed in a previous chapter named "Provider Portal". Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the requirements and complete these steps prior to downloading the app from the app store. This includes:

  • Capturing the notification contacts, channels, service areas and operating hours;
  • Capturing the relevant Teams, their respective mobile numbers, services and service areas;
  • Selecting the notification manager role or not.
